I offer evidence-based, private yoga therapy sessions to optimise your physical and mental health. Your individualised yoga practice will include physical movements (asana), breathing, (pranayama) and meditation (dharana) techniques along with dietary and lifestyle modifications, which over time, can support you to overcome physical and mental pain and realise your health goals.

My boutique small group yoga classes offer personalised attention and therapeutic movement practices designed to meet the unique needs of each group class participant.
